1. Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 1:00 pm and check-out is
    11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the
    discretion of the hotel.
  2. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
    No refund is possible for any complementary or unused
    activity/stay etc of the package. AC will not be functional in
    hilly areas.
  3. Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
    Booking amount is subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Airline seat and hotel is subject to availability at time of booking.
    Travelers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of
    travelling for airline and hotel booking in package.
  5. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate
    accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
  6. Real Himalaya reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due
    to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes,
    fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traf c problems, overbooking of hotels / ights, cancellation / rerouting
    of ights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. Whereas we would not
    be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  7. The package price does not include expenditure expenses of personal nature.
  8. The package price doesn’t include Gala dinner charges at time levied by the
    hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.
    Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
    Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
  9. It is mandatory to carry a Government
    recognized photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
  10. The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
    Children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be
    chargeable by the hotel.
  11. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the
    standard check-out time is
    12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email con rmation with hotel
    phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late
    check-out.
  12. Admission of pets in hotels depends on hotel policy. Kindly con rm the
    same before bringing pets. There is no Contract between the company

    and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount as
    speci ed for each tour package.
  13. The full payment must be received as per the Payments Terms. If not paid in
    that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  14. The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever will be liable to the Client
    or any person traveling for: Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss , delay ,
    discomfort ,increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or any
    misadventure howsoever caused Any act, omission, default or Independent
    Contractor or
    other person or be any servant or agent , employed by them who may be
    engaged or concerned in the
    provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or
    service for the Client or for any person travelling with him howsoever caused.
  15. Any claim or complaint by the Client must be noti ed to the Company in
    writing within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim noti ed to this
    Company beyond this period will be entertained and the Company shall
    incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof.
  16. FORCE MAJORED Acts of god (including exceptional adverse weather
    conditions), earthquake, re , war (declared or undeclared), invasion, rebellion,
    revolt, riot, civil
    commotion, civil war, nuclear ssion, strike, act(s) of omission/commission by
    any concerned
    government(s), or government agencies, judicial or quasi-judicial
    authorities, occurrence of any event can force the Company to change or
    extended. Hence any additional expenditure occurred due to the above
    reasons the same will
    be borne by the passengers.
  17. Rooms holding shall be for a period of 72 hours only.
  18. Any amendment and cancellation in the booking before 15 days RS.500 Per Person are
    chargeable as communication charge.
